You will receive e-mail notification that your order has been received. If your product selection is back-ordered you can either cancel, or proceed in placing the order. Available products will be shipped. Your credit card will be charged separately for back-ordered products at the time of shipment, along with any applicable sales tax. If you later cancel back-ordered products, your shipping and handling charges will be credited back to you.

Order by FAX.

4. How long will it take to receive my Order?

The products you order should arrive in 7 to 10 work days (standard ground) if the shipping address is in the Continental USA via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) depending upon the size and weight of your order (note: shipping times may vary seasonally).

For more complicated packages requiring assembly and testing, we will provide a shipping date.

Third-day and overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge for some orders being sent to addresses within the USA. International orders may take as long as three or more weeks to arrive.
